At Oddise, we ship all orders from our international warehouse using secure, tracked shipping services. We’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time.

Processing & Delivery Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

⚠️ Important: Due to unusually high order volumes, processing times may be delayed by 2–3 additional business days. We’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible – thank you for your patience.

After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Damaged Orders
