We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of placing your order.

Before You Return – Please Read Carefully

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oddise.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with a return form and further instructions. Returns that are not registered in advance will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Items must be free from odors (e.g. perfume or smoke), stains, or other signs of use.

  • Returns must be registered within 14 days from the order date.

  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Oddise reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more (final sale).

  • Underwear and bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.

  • Returns made after the 14-day window.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Oddise cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

Return Options

Once your return has been received and approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Exchange – Swap your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

  • Store Credit – Receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping costs. Store credits do not expire.

  • Refund – Refunds are processed within 5–12 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be reimbursed to your original payment method. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hey@oddise.com as soon as possible. We’ll help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be approved in advance via email and include the completed return form.

  • Oddise is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or sent without tracking.

  • By placing an order with Oddise, you agree to the terms stated in this return policy.
